How to restore Cutting Planes in 3DX Canvas

If you accidentally deleted a default Cutting Plane, you can easily restore it using the Undo function (Edit > Undo) in 3DX Canvas.

Note that default Cutting Planes are identical to user-added ones; they are provided for convenience due to frequent use. If you need to recover a deleted Cutting Plane and can no longer use Undo, you can recreate the Cutting Plane by following the steps below:

  1. Click the "+" button to add a new Cutting Plane.

  2. Select the new plane, and then customize its axis, direction, and offset as needed.

  3. Double-click the plane to assign it a name (for example, "TOP_USER").
