Allegro - Tip of the week: Degas hole spacing between adjacent layers

Use Offset X and Offset Y fields in the Degassing form when generating degassing for adjacent layer shapes. These values specify the offset of the void grid relative to the starting corner (of the original shape's bounding box) that you choose.

For example, use Offset as (0,0) for the TOP layer and some value (x,y) for the second layer.

If you select a shape on TOP layer and offset is (0,0):

Then shape on second layer (adjacent layer) should have some x and y value in the offset field:

This gives the below pattern. It shows an offset of 124.0000 um center-to-center in X direction.
