Panning acceleration/gearing in 24.1

Hi,

I have set the pan mode to dehdl mode which I prefer. i.e.  dragging the page rather than moving the window

But it seems in recent release (I don't think this used to be an issue) that when I pan, the movement is 'geared up' or accelerated compared to the mouse movement if that makes sense.

I want the mouse pointer to not drift across the board as I am panning.

I have a board which has a lot of repeated elements and it is very annoying to have the mouse position move while I'm panning.  It makes me lose my point of reference and get visually lost every time.

It's a very strange way to implement panning and I'm surprised there's no obvious way to turn it off.

Any clues?

Thanks.

Hello DenzilPenberthy ,  I don;t think there is way to change panning functionality apart from going to dehdl one. I have checked in 24.1, hotfix 5 and it works fine for me. Check if you have updated graphic card drivers and the latest hotfix. You migh try with a different mouse as well to narrow down the issue.
