Issues With Uploading Files to Libraries in My Workspace

I am running OrCAD X Professional 24.1 S002  and have been trying to add files into the My Workspace cloud libraries. In my Footprints library, I use the Add New button and select Upload File, then I select a range of .pad files to upload. In this particular case I have 23 .pad files to upload but it seems I can only upload 6 of them. There is no visual feedback of an upload process occurring, it just shows... nothing, no hourglass, and I don't see any new files arriving. I have to close the tool then reopen it and if I'm lucky some of the files may appear. It's taking a LOOOONNNGGGG time to perform what should be a quick and simple process. Am I doing anything wrong? I am following the procedure I found for this activity as best I can. Any suggestions? FWIW, I am going to update to S005 and see if it helps at all.
