Not delete symbols

I Created symbols, which has route keepout inner

After copy this symbols and want to delete this copied symbol.

The command show " (SPMHDB-243): Cannot modify element; the object or a parent has the FIXED property. [help] "

i can delete al of this symbols, but shape Route keep out inner is can't delete

Try edit / properties and select "all on" in the find filter.

Select the symbol, shape, or element until you find the "fixed" property, and delete the property.
