Need a pcb layout review for common mistake

Hi there,

I wanted to learn more the about the routing.

Attached file is a messy one and you may not like it.

Kindly go through the SCH and layout and make your comment,

For example 

1. Wrong routing 

2. Wrong spacing 

3. Violating DRC 

4. Sensitive Net and PADS

5. Unnecessary Vias 

6. Poor placement
