Unable to generate ODB++ for a particular board

Hello,

While trying to generate ODB++ for the board below error pops up, it happens only for this particular board.

Kindly let me know what could be the issue here

'C:/test-/log_brd2odb.log' does not exist.

    Hello , Can you let me know the ODB++ inside version are you using

    Check if the below environment variables are set in the System Environment variables:
    ALLEGRO_BRD2ODB = C:\SiemensEDA\ODB++_Inside_Cadence_Allegro\brd2odb_2504
    BRD2ODB_TMP = Any writable directory

    Hi  ,

    The version i am using is V2403.

    The variable is also set in system environment variables.
