Allegro 16.6 Older version Files

Hi, 

On my new laptop I have installed the latest Allegro APD 25.1 version and many of the older mcm and sip files can't be accessed on the free trial version. The error messages suggests i use dbdoctor to update. The free version of 25.1 doen't come with the dbdoc. I have seen threads on the same topic but the links on them don't seem to work. 

Please help and suggest how best i can handle this.
