Navigating Seamlessly Between 2D and 3D in Allegro SPB 25.1

Hello fellow designers,

I wanted to share with you some exciting enhancements in Allegro SPB 25.1 that improve the interaction between Allegro X PCB Editor and 3DX Canvas. These updates make design review, isolation of specific elements, and visual continuity a breeze.

Launching 3DX Canvas:

To access 3DX Canvas, simply use the menu option View > 3DX Canvas or type the "3dx" in command line.

Key Features:

Display in 3DX Canvas: Visualize all entities, such as clines, vias, and components, based on your selection. Each entity can be displayed separately for clarity.

Add to 3DX Canvas: Add extra elements to your existing 3DX canvas view, if needed.

Cross Probe in 3D: Seamlessly cross-probe, select, and highlight components in both 3DX Canvas and layout. Selection and highlighting now work flawlessly without extra clicks.

With these enhancements, designers can now navigate effortlessly between 2D and 3D environments, streamlining design review, isolation, and visualization.

Let me know if you have any questions or experience with these features.
