Replacing vias in the constraint manager after routing

After the routing is completed, if we change the vias assigned for some of the nets in the constraint manager will they be automatically changed on the board or should we reroute the nets to change the vias.

    No it won't change them automatically but you don't need to reroute them. Use Tools - Padstack - Replace then look at the Options pane for the old vianame, new via name etc. You can do all of them or just single ones. Once complete you may need to look at DRC's (PTH v blind/buried) etc.
