Skill function for measuring spacing between two Clines

Hi,
i'm new to skill. can anyone pls. tell me how to generate a measurement report for selected nets (i.e. spacing between nets). if the net is running thru several layers, how to do it layer by layer and also, somtimes the spacing is varying on same layer how two get(variation details) those kind details.
