Orcad X 25.1 Pro Cant set DFA Constraints

I am attempting to create a constraint set for DFA in OrCAD X 25.1 pro and I do not have any layers to apply a silk screen constraint to. It is a 4 layer design and I have checked my others and the silk layers just are not there. Any help would be appreciated.

You have 2 choices, either add the Silkscreen Top and Bottom layers to the cross section of the PCB. They will then show up under the Mask layers or use the Not in Stackup option (right click - Add subclass group). Here you can make a Silkscreen layer and choose either the classes / subclasses you want to be checked or pick an artwork film.
