searchable .pdf

Looking for a way to get searchable .pdf output, my customer is using Allegro 15.2 as their CAE package. Does anyone know how to get a searchable .pdf out of this???

  • This might work in 15.2, it's not working in 14.2 and will give 'ugly' results in 15.2 as Cadence is not willing to create a TrueType font out of their VectorFont used in ConceptHLD (or use a regular font in ConceptHDL). The available font options looks funny, especially if you have longer text or tables.

    Better than nothing - but not an final option.
