How to get the thickness of StackUp

I can get the Etch layer name by:
axlGetParam("paramLayerGroup:ETCH")->groupMembers
But how about the thickness and the material thickness, which set in Setup Advisor>Edit Cross-section. Is it attribute or parameter?
How can I get it by SKILL command?
