How to get the thickness of StackUp

I can get the Etch layer name by:
axlGetParam("paramLayerGroup:ETCH")->groupMembers
But how about the thickness and the material thickness, which set in Setup Advisor>Edit Cross-section. Is it attribute or parameter?
How can I get it by SKILL command?

    Hi Dave, Thanks very much for your answer. I don't exactly know whats going here since File, Export, Techfile is not a studio command so how come I can register it? As far as I can see it loads a skille file that will export the techfile, but searching my installation directory does not produce any results when searching for ExportTechFile.il? So is this some kind of built-in skill file and if so where can I find the list of built-in skill programs? Best regards, Ole

    It's a good solution to get the XSection information.
