Hi,

I searched through but could not find.  Wonder if anyone comes across the skills command to add a text file to allegro database.

Appreciate your help.

Regards,
Stella

    Hi Mike,

Thanks for the reply. I know of this allegro command, just that I am checking if this is also available in skills command. Looks like there isn't...

    Regards,
    Stella

    Stella,

It shouldn't require too much to create a function like this. You would open the file and read it line by line. When you read a line, you then add the text to the database with axlDBCreateText

    Ron.

    Hi Ron,

Nice to hear from you.  Thanks for the suggestion.  I know of this alternate method, just that because I thought if there is any straight forward way to call in a text file that I am not aware of.

    Regards,
    Stella
