Q: triggering a SKILL routine from OUTSIDE Allegro?

Hello All,

Question: Assuming an open Allegro session, is there a way to call a command ( a SKILL routine registered as a command ) from OUTSIDE the session? Like, say, from a command-button inside a common spreadsheet application native to Windoze?
