Unable to switch from SVN option to File System under Respiratory Server Type in OrCAD EDM

Dear community,

I was trying to share a design file using the OrCAD EDM, but in the Vault Setup option >> Respiratory Server Type, i am not able to change the option from SVN to File System, not sure why. I have reinstalled the EDM server and client multiple times but the same problem, i had done my SQL server configuration and server management studio. Does anyone know why i am not able to change from the option from SVN to File System in the OrCAD EDM window.

    Hi Rohit,

    The Repository Server Type selection is used for configuring the type of Server that EDM will use to create and manage projects, folders, and the check in and check out of all types of files.

     Only one type of repository can be configured for use: SVN or FileSystem. Once a vault is created in a repository location and in use, you are unable to switch the repository server type.

    You can add file system and provide the local machine loaction form storage in Admin-->Vault setup option.

    Hai CadAP,

    I was not able to edit the Repository Server Type from SVN to File System in the the Vault setup option but i reinstalled the SQL application, EDM Server and EDM Client application and i am abled to change the option from SVM to File System.
