Suppress unconnected internal pads;legacy artwork (in Pad Editor) get checked automatically after replaced padstack through skill

Hi, I'm a newbie in skill. My skill code would make rounded rectangles and replace original padstacks with new padstacks, somehow the option 'Suppress unconnected internal pads;legacy artwork" (under Options tab in Pad Editor) would get checked automatically in the new padstacks (attached screenshots). I do not know the reason because the original padstacks do not have this option being checked in the pad editor. Do you know how to uncheck the option through skill?
