Hi,

Any body encounter running a skill in 17.4 and the form size stretched not like on the 17.2?

Hi Fred, it looks like the default font may be changed in 17.4 . I see the same effect when I test 17.4 but
    as yet I don't have a solution.

    Hello,

In release 17.4-2019, PCB layout tools have been enhanced to provide a modern, clean look to the canvas as well as improved support for high-resolution displays.

This affects the Allegro SKILLGUI also. For example,

    • in Allegro SKILL form grid field has the ability to automatically resize column widths to fit the data in them,
    • like the behaviour, you get with any spreadsheet tool on the market today.
    • Button sizes have been made more consistent, with all buttons being the same height.
    • By default, the size of a form may change to accommodate all the fields to be displayed. To prevent this and to force the form to be a specific size and never change, use the new FLEXMODE option.
    • In 17.4, FLEX statements are primarily useful to indicate that a grid, tree, or list field is expandable if not using the zero-size indication

Please check MIgration to 17.4, section User Interface Changes and Form Migration, in the installation directory for more information

    Hope it helps,

    Thanks,

    Kirti
