How to format outfile with ansi font by skill

Hi everyone!

 As the subject, I want to create an text file with format ansi font by using command outfile("./test.txt" "w").  How can I do that? Please help me.

    I don't think this can be done since plain text files don't store font information, unless you have a custom file format that you're not noting in the question. Changing the text in Windows NotePad is simply a display feature and doesn't do anything to the file itself
