Create table using skill

ENEGUE
ENEGUE over 2 years ago

Good day everyone,

Recently i try to develop a skill to keyin individual cavity location in panel into a table.

Current approach is pre-create the table in library ->call out as symbol -> replace the coordinate.

Just curious is there a way to create table without pre-create the table in library? any axl can use?

Regards,

Eugene

    Hi,

Like Kirti Sikri mentioned, you can iterate over the components and get the relevant information into a list.

This list can then be used to make a table out of lines and texts. If you want to do such table drawing, you could do it by having a "pointer" to a coordinate and move it down while making text and lines with the data from the list you made. I.e., draw a line, move half a row down, add the text, move half a row down, draw a line, etc.

This can be made with the draw line and text commands.
