Using the tcl command to call the twapi package in capture reports an error

Hi .

in capture

The first time to use the command: package require twapi, the error is as follows: [ 1] invalid command name "forward" Eval of script resource failed.

The second time I use the command: package require twapi, the error is as follows: [ 1]can't create class '::twapi::INullProxy': namespace already exists with that name.Eval of script resource failed. It is normal when using tclsh.

I took the package to be used directly from C:\ActiveTcl\lib to D:\Cadence\Cadence_SPB_17.2-2016\tools\lib.
I tried other packages, so the operation is no problem, but there is a problem with the twapi package. What is going on please. ?

What is the reason? thanks.
