Select filter in Capture/Orcad

I don't know if it is just me, but I find the select filter annoying. It needs to be OKed or Cancelled each time that it is used and blocks

all commands when it is on screen. So just for fun I decided to write my own version which is a floating form and does not block.

Here it is if anyone is interested.

    Hi Jim,

    It has been a few months since you offered this tool. Unfortunately it does not work anymore with Orcad 23.1 hf005. I wonder if you already found a bug fix. Otherwise I will try to fix it .
