Provide details about the Capture Database TCL Command

Hi Community,

Can you provide some details about the Capture Database TCL Command, especially about classes and commands? I found the OrCAD_Capture_TclTk_Extensions_Revision1.2 file, but it is too crude, and there is no description of the proc parameters in Appendix B and Appendix C.

    HI Morgan,

    Let's take below example to understand tcl command and class.

    On Page -22& 23 you'll find the library class and design hierarchy.

    DboSession--from session we can get the class DboLib from DboLib class we can get Dbopackage etc...

    Now from class we can use api(commands) to get the information.

    Like on DboLib we can use below commands :

    TimeToString(time) : returns CString
    Class : DboLib(DboBaseObject):
    Parameters:
    time: time_t
    IsAutoSaving() : returns int
    Class : DboLib(DboBaseObject):
    Parameters:
    IsAutoBackupOn() : returns int
    Class : DboLib(DboBaseObject):
    Parameters:
    IsCheckOn() : returns int
    Class : DboLib(DboBaseObject):
    Parameters:

    And so on...

    Hope it helps to addressed your concern.
