How to load Orcad DB DLL in TCL

Im attempting to do some automation tooling to export a design database xml and pdf from a dsn file.

Im following the instructions in "C:\Cadence\SPB_24.1\tools\capture\tclscripts\OrCAD_Capture_TclTk_Extensions.pdf", however the dll it says to load on page 44 doesn’t exist. I tried loading ‘orDb_Dll64.dll’ but it crashed the interpreter with exit code 0xC0000005. This happened both in IronTCL x64 8.6 and with tkinter. How do I access the orcad database from a TCL interpreter? Alternatively is there a better way of doing what Im attempting to do?

I tried calling Capture directly with a TCL script, but that fails if capture is already open

    You can try below command:

    <cadence_installtionLocation\tools\bin>capture.exe  <tclfilelocation\test.tcl>

In tcl script you can open a design and then close once tcl operation completed.
