SysCap - Tip of the Week: Resetting all user-assigned reference designators

You can reset the user-defined reference designators to tool-defined reference designators in the design by using the following Tcl command:

changeRefdes -toolDef all

This is useful when circuitry has been copied from another design, which has user-defined references or hard locations.
