How to export all symbols of schematic diagram of Allegro system capture project to a new library file？

Excuse me，

Does Allegro system capture have a component symbol editor? Or do you have to rely on OrCAD or DE-HDL to manage symbols？

Allegro System Capture will use OrCAD and DE-HDL symbols. So any edits needs to be done using the Capture symbol editor and Part Developer.
