    Hello Experts

Could you advise on the preferred workflow for managing hierarchical blocks when the underlying schematic needs to vary slightly between different product variants ?

Also, for teams working simultaneously on the same system design, what can be the best practices for avoiding database conflicts during real time co-design ?

    Hi,

In Allegro X System Capture, the preferred workflow for managing hierarchical blocks when underlying schematics vary slightly across product variants relies on Variant Management. This avoids maintaining separate, duplicate schematics and preserves the integrity of design reuse.
