How to install Cadence Allegro Viewer? No form showing on website.

I am reviewing someone else's board design, and don't normally use Cadence myself, so I was going to download the free viewer.

The website says "fill out this form" but no form shows up.

I have an account and am logged in, and I tried on both Chrome and Edge.
