Dimensioning

Can someone direct me to a good tutorial on dimensioning in PCB Editor?  I am struggling attempting to achieve my desired dimensions.

    Over the years the help documentation has changed/reformated slightly but the information is all there.  The Drafting and Dimensioning module has not changed in sometime and I found an old PDF file which goes thru the steps on adding dimension features in Allegro which may be of some use to you.  See attached PDF.
