Display a custom property on a symbol?

Is there any way to get a custom property to display as say silkscreen on a symbol in Allegro by passing it from OrCAD?

I know how to pass custom properties and I can view them with "Show Element" but I'd like to place some in-house properties on my symbols and have them show up on a layer that can be displayed with silk.

I do not want spoof the PART_NUMBER or VALUE property to do this (those display just fine).

 Any thoughts?

    Try Display > Property
    Select the Graphics tab
Once you select the variables you want, click create.  This will put the text on the subclass you selected.
The draw back is that any subsequent runs will reset the text locations

     Awesome! Short and sweet.

I *always* wondered what that was for! :)
