spice model question

I'm trying to simulate a circuit that has an infineon bfr750 in it. My libraries do not contain it and all I'm given from the the infineon website is a .CIR file and a set of .S2P file. How do I create this part with the parameters I was given?

I downloaded the archive from the Infineon site, it looks to me like the bfr750l3_tslp3-9_spice.txt file contains the SPICE model definition. You should be able to refer your simulator to this definition.
