Delay tune option

Hi all,

 I am using Orcad PCB editor 16.0  I am not able to access delay tuning option. It's on toolbar but it has not been highlighted. Is ther any thing do i need to do ? I have checked in user preference setting, this option is alredy ticked. so how can i proceed to get this option ?

    hello both,

     But it's available in Allegro 15.7 and how can i identify studio license. Our company purchased it and i dont have any idea regarding license.
