Problem Exporting DXF

 I am running Allegro V16.01 on a Windows XP machine. When I export to a DXF file, the height property exports for the top side (place_bound_top) only. The bottom side height property (place_bound_bottom) will not export. Can anyone shed some light as to why this may be happening ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
