netlist errors

I have few errors while creating netlist. They are,

#1 Error [ALG0032] Pin Number "0" found on Pin "+" of Package VDC, V1: FULLADD, FULLADD (7.60,1.00). Pin number should be greater than "0"

#2 Error [ALG0031] Pin Number missing from Pin "OUT" of Package DigStim1, DSTM1: FULLADD (1.10,1.80). All pins should be numbered.

#3 Error [ALG0031] Pin Number missing from Pin "OUT" of Package DigStim1, DSTM2: FULLADD (1.00,3.40). All pins should be numbered.

#4 Error [ALG0031] Pin Number missing from Pin "OUT" of Package DigStim1, DSTM3: FULLADD (1.00,4.00). All pins should be numbered.

Please advice how to fix these errors.

Thanks

     Thanks for the help Mitch.

I got another question. This one is for a different circuit. And I am looking for a 4 Pole Double Throw Relay and I have found DPDT and DPST relays in PSpice. So if anyone can suggest which library's might have this Relay, please let me know. So far I have found relays under ANL_MISC and MIX_MISC libraries.
