NET LIST PROBLEM

1) When I import new netlist to board file the ground net will get fixed property , I have not assaingned fixed property to this net , if it is in the schematic how cani find out ? 2) I want add lot of gnd via's through out the board , when copy via & paste (number of via's with perticula sapcing) it will connect VCC layer how can i correct this .

    Add a via which is connected to GND using the usual manner of adding a via with ‘Add Connect’. Use this via to COPY to the other required positions ensuring that ‘Retain net of vias’ is ticked in the ‘Options’ dialog box.
