Does anyone has issues with SPB 16.02 Cis Database?

Since I have installed the new realise, it doesn't work anymore.

You don't provide any details of what "doesn't work any more" constitutes but my guess would be that you need to migrate the library settings from previous product installation to the current product installation. These would usually be the Schematic part, and PCB Footprint libraries if you configure them. Check the "Part Selector Libraries" section of the Capture.ini file. (If you have a company wide configuration, look at the CIS Admin Tool, on thye main Cadence site downlaods for OrCAD products, this can be used to configure a "master" Capture.ini and override the local user installation)
