via change & constraint error

Good Morning. I have some few questions. Is there a way I can change all the via used in my design because theres a sudden change in size and im looking for an easier way to change all the via in one type only. Next, in adding a constraint area (rectangle shape), i added some net_spacing and net_physical property to it, but it does not respond to the constraint value i set to these properties, especially with the minimum line width i specified. correct me if im wrong, i put a min linewidth of 0.3mm in the constraint, but when i wire the signal using 0.2mm (which is inside the the rectangular constraint i made) it did not show any drc. what could be the problem?

thanks for the usual support.

good day,

eric
