How to import net list after placing the symbols in .brd file

Hi cadance peope,

I had placed all the symbols in the board, after that only i want to import the net list ( for Schematic i am using Design Entry CIS ),

Any opstion is there? and In what Format i whant ot generate net list? pls help me.........
