Signal integrity - simplified by Eric is good starting point for SI analysis.... it explains fundas with superb in-details....There are some other books also available in market.. You can start with reflection analysis first....Tool documatation (press F1) will be very helpful for learning tool...

You can search intel web page for some SI related PPTs.

    bethesignal.com

    www.gigatest.com

    www.hottconsultants.com

designcon conference papaer valut (from IEC org)

and ultimate weapon ... google search...

About training, my persional opinion is ''learning by doing it'' is the only way to improve SI analysis skills...I have no idea about training details in india.

     All the best

    Regards,

    Ramesh N
