NC Drill Error

Rajiv Vig
Rajiv Vig over 16 years ago

Hi All

In my current design, I am facing problem with NC Route generation.

In NC Drill log file, I am getting warning of " design contains 4 slot holes that can't be drilled. Can be processed by NC routing instead"

I have defined ncroutebits file with oval slot hole dimesions (least dimesion) & then tried with both X & Y dimesions.

But still I am getting error of bad hole size.......line ignored!!..

One thing more, oval slot dimesions are already drilled out in ncdrill file. X (3.0 mm ) & Y(0.5 mm ) are already defined in drill tool so do we need to define this again ?
