Change in schematics makes nets gray.

Hello. I'm sure this is a feature I'm not quite getting. Whaen I removed a few components and nets from the schematic, all nets, pads, vias connected to these are now gray in the layout. I can't see anything wrong as I have removed all the old nets and components. Is this how Allegro shows that the nets are wrong in some way? How can I find the error? Some DRC indication for example. I hope someone can help me get this straighten out. :)

No, that is not a feature of Allegro.  You either have highlighted the copper gray or the parts are really deleted in the Allegro database.

Thanks for your answer. I had deleted the nets in the schematic, so I assume they were deleted from the database in some way.

I tried to do it over again but this time I disconnected all the nets from the parts I deleted in the schematics, and it was ok.

There is an option when netlisting a change against a routed board to have the netlister (Packager) remove copper changed by the netlist.   Be sure to select that option if you don't want to manually remove it.
