Layout design, fabrication and assembly services in MD?

 Does anyone know of a quality vendor for PCB layout design, fabrication and assembly services on a contractual basis, in the Washington DC, metro area, preferably in MD.  The Columbia/Baltimore area would be okay as well.  It would be good if someone had experience with them, for high density multi-layer boards with BGA devices like FPGAs etc...
