    What's good? If you're still doing things the 'olden ways', it's good. Brings back memories. I remember a few companies I worked at (way back in the late 1980's) that spent countless hours, and $$$ to make up standards. If the engineer can communicate the design's flow, that's about as far as I go with standards now...
