polar array of pins in symbol

Hi all,

I need to place an array of pins in a radial pattern.  The allegro symbol editor does not offer a function for this.  It has a copy, with an angle increment, but that will not work due to round off errors.

What I want is something like autocad's polar array command, where you give it the count (140 in my case) and the angle to fill (360).

How would you place 140 pins equaly around a circle of given diameter?

This seems like a common task for tose of us doing probe cards.

     If you're seeing rounding errors you don't have enough database accuracy.  I just did it with 2.5714 degree increments.  The result is within the manufacturing tolerance of +/- 3 mils.
