You might be able to write a custom report (Reports - new/edit) with the relevant info. There is also lots of skill programs avaliable from sourcelink (llok for skill information on rhs of screen) that look, use and print height properties. If not you could edit one to suit your needs.

     Hi MAAC,

A SKILL program called comp_hght_rep.il will create a report of max height on the \physical directory. Or height_check.il will highlight parts greater than, equal to, or less than an input height value. Both are available on SourceLink.

Solution Number 11071238 will do a similar thing for library footprints, but it doesn't work right in 16.2. I've modified it to give you the max height, and it could be extended to give the min height as well. Do you want the height information of library footprints or footprints on a PCB?

If you're interested, my code is attached. I realize it's probably highly unoptimized, but it does work.

    There are known limitations:

     1. You must run the file from a directory in the root of a drive (for example, C:\height) or you won't get the footprint name in the output file. See the comments in the sym_height.pl file on how to edit the file to work for deeper directory hierarchies.

    2. The units of height aren't converted (I am working on this). EDIT: done!

    3.  The first line of the output file is blank. Very minor and I don't know how to get around it and make the code work.

    Please reply with any comments!

EDIT: The code doesn't work if a footprint has no PACKAGE_HEIGHT_MAX shape. I have removed the code for now, but I will re-post it when I have fixed this issue.
