16.2 Spacing and Physical Netclasses not assigning.

Hi, 

I have a quick and confusing question regarding Spacing and Physical Net classes in allegro 16.2. 

 I have a particular physical netclass that is not properly assigning to the nets. I am importing these properties using the import->logic->other (because it is a third party netlsit). The physical and spacing netclasses are set in Constraint Manager, and everything looks to be fine. However, the one set of physical and spacing netclass properties are not being appropriately applied to a specific set of nets. I have successfully used this method to import and assign other physical and spacing properties, but I can't get these working.

Does anyone have any advice??
