logic symbol with fixed and sizeable pins

Can you create a logical symbol that has both sizeable pins and fixed pins that can be placed on the schematic separately?This is for a connector 10 pin with 2 mounting pins i need to ground so i would like to have pins 1-10 and mgt1,mtg2.

    You can make a multipart package or a heterogeneus part, and using two different part designators to place the parts that you need.
