can i use in pcb designer, orcad layout libraries?

 hi everybody. I have a lot of footprints from orcad layout, and now i'm using orcad pcb designer. So i'd like to know if i can use orcad layout footprints libraries in orcad pcb designer.

    You need to use the Catalog tool in Layout, this will convert your Layout Library to a MAX file, then you can translate this MAX file to PCB Designer. In the Layout LSession window, Tools>Catalog>Create, select the LLB file to translate. Then use File Import OrCAD Layout in PCB Editor, remove the unused layers from the cross-section and check the padstack definitions, once that is all OK, use File Export Libraries to export the PAD DRA and PSM files.
